I. Overview of the object
The safety and occupational hazard pre-evaluation of the new relocation project of White Pigeon Company (the project safety and occupational hazard pre-evaluation are packaged as one object).
Ii. Target of tender
The company has the ability to undertake the safety and occupational hazard evaluation of the bidding project. The bidding company shall provide the following information:
1. Business license of legal person and code certificate of organization of the bidder (the copy shall be stamped with the official seal of the company).
2. With Class B (including Class B) or above safety and occupational disease hazard assessment qualification certificate, registered and approved by national or provincial safety authorities.
3. Proof of successful project safety and occupational disease hazard evaluation cases in recent three years.
4. Other supporting materials that the bidder thinks need to be provided.
Iii. Issuance of Bidding Documents:
Tender documents will be issued by E-mail.
Iv. Bidding and Tendering methods
1. The tenderee issues the tender (please contact the contact person if you need the tender).
2. After sealing the tender documents, the bidder shall send the tender documents to the Production Management Department of White Pigeon Co., LTD before 16:00 on April 24, 2015.
